When to Eat
Morning, Mid-Morning, Lunch, Mid-Afternoon, Dinner and Evening
You should eat every 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Each of the six meals should be taken with two cups of water. The key to this program is eating the proper sized portions.
3 Small Meals
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Each meal must contain a portion of protein, carbohydrate, and vegetable.
Meal Example: A chicken breast (protein), a sweet potato (carbohydrate), and broccoli (vegetable).
3 In-between Meal Snacks
Mid-morning, Mid-afternoon, Evening
Each snack must contain protein and carbohydrate.
Snack Example: Cottage cheese (protein) and a peach (carbohydrate).
