Weekly Wellness Chats with a Health Coach

The weekly wellness chats are an opportunity to carve out 30 minutes a week to focus on your health. Every month we will have a new topic and then each week we will dive deeper and give you the opportunity to take action and implement real change immediately. We meet every Wednesday from 12:00-12:30 MST.

Thanks for being an active member of our wellness chat community! We’ve enjoyed the opportunity to dive deeper on key wellness topics to help you on your health journey.

At this time, our weekly wellness chats are going on hiatus while we continue to improve and expand on ways to help our members achieve their health goals in 2022. The resources we provide all support our mission of helping and rewarding people for healthy eating and active living. We hope you have seen success so far this year. We’re here to support you.
